Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt.
